CM Punk and John Cena once again deliver

Last nights edition of Raw the WWE performers showed a lot of professionalism. After Jerry Lawler’s heart attack during the Tag Team match between Daniel Bryan & Kane vs Prime Time Players Cole continued to do the commentary work. Performers like Rey Mysterio, The Miz, Cody Rhodes, Alberto del Rio, Tyson Kidd, Sheamus and David Otunga continued the show like nothing happened. And at the end of the night three outstanding performers did a great work to end the show. Last night John Cena, Bret Hart and CM Punk did a great job by performing one of the best closing promos of this year.

The thing that made this promo so great was the intensity and true words of each man. Punk is right by saying he’s being disrespected the last year and Cena is right when he said that the only change that Punk brought was him becoming a star. This segment remind us how special are this two men, how incredible a feud between the two of them is. Just remember last summer how the two of them cut amazing promos on each others. Segments like this one makes the Championship match for this Sunday even bigger.

But the best part of this promo was that people are now concentrated on Cena and Punk, Paul Heyman didn’t matter here and that might be the best thing that happened last night. The fact that Paul Heyman and CM Punk are in alliance but they still haven’t confirm it or talked why they are together shows the WWE has a big plan for this storyline. Any other time Heyman and Punk would’ve had a segment revealing why they were together, but they didn’t do that. Is still isn’t clear why they are together and that’s what makes must see TV. Not knowing what Heyman and Punk are up to makes Night of Champions and Raw more interesting. Will Paul Heyman help CM Punk retain the title this Sunday? Will more men be added to this new alliance? What is happening between Heyman and Punk? I don’t know what is happening between those two but I’m sure that it has the potential of being something special.
